I work as a psychotherapist and life coach in private practice in the Houston, Texas area. I immigrated to Texas from my native Louisiana after receiving a bachelor's degree in organizational behavior from Southern Methodist University. I earned a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) and spent six years working as a human resources director and operations manager for my third-generation family business.

Later I decided to change careers and by joining the helping profession of clinical social work. I returned to the University of Houston and earned my Master's of Social Work (MSW). I completed three post-graduate fellowships at renowned Houston institutions: the Baylor College of Medicine, Menninger, and the Houston-Galveston Psychoanalytic Institute.

I am an inclusive practitioner of psychotherapeutic techniques including both cognitive behavioral therapy and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I help my clients build the lives they want for themselves by working in partnership with them as they reach their self-identified goals.

Each person is wonderfully unique and any helping process should begin in a respectful and non-judgmental fashion. Psychotherapy and coaching are collaborative processes whose outcomes are ultimately driven by my clients.

My training, personal beliefs and experience with depression and anxiety led me to develop a "framework for living" that has generated impressive life improvements for many of my clients and me personally. Those successes led to the creation of book, The Art of Meaningful Living. I hope it will help you to improve your life.
